A year too soon?

As the most astute organiser in the world, Ian decided that he would celebrate his 50th Birthday a year early.

Inviting all of his friends, and Dave, the evening started in the Midland Hotel where a superb Thai Buffet was served by Lek. The evening went downhill, quite literally, to the White Hart in the Old Town where the usual vast amounts of beer were consumed until closing time. After closing time we had some more beer and we were treated to a rendition of "Jokes from the Telephone" by Lofty. Honestly, the funniest ever. The evening closed at George Street with the inevitable round of arguments and furniture wrecking - as usual , no names. SUPERB NIGHT, Thanks Ian
